Cindy Priester
In 2009, Cindy was named the HDI Western Region Analyst of the Year. She is a member of the BDO Service Desk, providing both Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support to 3,000 client professionals spread across 37 offices. She plays a pivotal role in training new Service Desk analysts and provides handheld support to staff, partners and board members. She previously served as a board member for the Arizona HDI chapter as VP of Programs. Cindy has been a guest presenter at both Arizona and West Michigan HDI Chapter meetings and has been selected to present at the 2012 HDI National Conference and Expo with co-worker Josh Lorenz. Prior to BDO, Cindy worked in customer service roles for various computer, insurance, and airline industries.
Ron Weber
Ron Weber is an IT professional with over 30 years experience in Service Management and Service Delivery in the retail, logistics and shipping, and insurance industries.
Ron has directed a number of large Service Desks and supported the global implementation and lifecycle alignment of Incident, Problem, Service Level, and Change processes and procedures, consistent with ITIL, operational best practice, and state-of-the-art support tools. Most recently, he had responsibility for RUN Performance Management at a global level, leading Service Improvement Programs focused on improved IT performance through reductions in business disruption and support costs, greater business and IT transparency, and improved partnerships and communications.
In addition, he is ITIL Foundations certified and has expert level knowledge of ISO/IEC 20000. He has also served on corporate governance boards defining direction and definition of IT Policies, Key Performance Indicators, and the resulting Service Quality indices used to measure compliance, identify opportunities, and reward successes in Service Management.
