Jennifer White is a Senior Account Executive for CompuCom Systems, Inc. in the area of ”IT Outsourcing Services”. Jennifer’s expertise is in business development & account management and has 19 years of successful IT industry sales experience selling service, software and hardware solutions. She has a proven track record of closing Fortune 500, SMB as well as Public Sector business.
Prior to a direct sales role, Jennifer was a Territory Manager for CompuCom in the areas of AZ, NV and CO where she had responsibility for a $30,000,000 P & L with a total team of 12 representatives. Past positions at other companies include Director of Service Sales & Business Development Executive for Insight North America/Comark.
In 2009 Jennifer received the CompuCom Presidents Club award. She holds a B.S. in Psychology/Business Minor from Indiana University. She has her ITIL V 3 Foundation certification and is also a member of the itSMF Arizona local interest group. She recently spearheaded the AZHDI board to a win at the 2011 National Officers conference and received the Rising Star Chapter award for AZHDI.
Ralph is currently the Helpdesk Team Lead at Macerich. He oversees the work of 6 technicians serving 4 corporate offices and 75 properties nationwide with about 3500 users.

Ted has worked as a Network Administrator of a network in Long Beach CA and a remote site of Bracknell UK. He worked as an engineering assistant on multiple programs at AlliedSignal Areospace including the Trident Missle Program, YF-22 program and the X-33 program.
Thor Oakley is the Division Director and a President's Club member for Robert Half Technology (RHT). RHT is a leading provider of IT professionals on a project and full-time basis. Thor has been in the IT arena for 8 years including 5 years as a desktop support/networking IT professional and 3 years in IT staffing. Thor was born in Cedar Rapids, IA and relocated to the Phoenix area in 2006. He graduated from Iowa State University with a BS in Management Information Systems and currently lives in Phoenix with his wife.
Linda Fields has been consulting in the ITIL/ITSM realm for the past five years in Arizona as well as California. She consulted with Choice Hotels International in defining processes for their newly implemented Service Desk in Arizona.
Linda is an ITIL Practitioner as well as an ISO/IEC 20000 Professional. Linda holds an AAS in Broadcast Productions from The Film School at Scottsdale Community College and a BS in Business/Marketing Minor from Western International University.
Linda also serves as a committee member of the annual Arizona ITSM Summit and volunteers when possible to assist the itSMF Arizona local interest group.
